When downloading, you may be prompted with a list of protocols. Choose Ymodem-G. The prompt will say "Ymodem-G transfer now" and just sit there.

In the bottom left of your screen is a button labeled Menu. Click it, then click Download — that last click is what actually saves the file to your computer.
